The College of Health and Human Services promotes excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service, provides students with a broad educational background, and prepares students to assume professional responsibilities as providers of health and human services.
NAU's College of Health and Human Services, the only one of its kind within the state
of Arizona university system, is comprised of the School of Nursing, four
departments, and one institute:

Interdisciplinary Health Policy Institute
The Interdisciplinary Health Policy Institute is founded on the principle that
strategic partnerships and interdisciplinary teams most effectively meet today's health and health care challenges. The Institute's
mission is to improve individual, family, and community health in Arizona and beyond by advancing multidisciplinary public health
policy, research, community partnerships, and education.
